Ingredients:

• 300g Paneer (cottage cheese)

• Oil 3 tablespoons

• Asafoetida a pinch

• 4-5 spring onions chopped

• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

• 2 medium tomato chopped

• Salt to taste

• 2 tablespoons coriander leaves.

Method:

• Heat oil in a non stick pan, add asafoetida and onions and saute till light brown.

• Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Saute till oil separates out. Add paneer and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
